short {exquisite} discovery @ hertog jan20 11 2016

In this magnificent barn, we enjoyed a meringue of liver, passion fruit and believe it or not : coca cola. To fall over backwards! The main course: Duck with duck rillette, red beets and puree One of the 2 desserts: apple meringue and the sorrel sorbet flavored with lemon juice

Crowned with 3 stars by Michelin and 19/20 by Gault & Millau, Hertog Jan is without a doubt The Restaurant that trigged most of my senses in a while. In all honesty I entered the temple of everything where beauty and greatness collide as a skeptic. I can only share.
Because what is good only becomes better when it’s beautiful.
